Deposit Rules

Please make transfers in accordance with the following rules. Illegal transfers will be refunded within 5 working days after deducting the costs.

• 1. TRY deposit transfer transactions in accordance with the rules 7/24 automatic / EFT transactions TRY deposits received until 17:00 will be transferred to your account within the same day.

• 2. Only transfers made from the bank account registered in your name will be accepted. The name you registered on the site and the owner of the bank account you transfer from must be the same.

• 3. Do not make a new bank transfer before your current request is approved. Do not cancel your request after making a bank transfer. If you want to send a different amount, cancel your deposit request and create a request again.

• 4. Money sent from ATMs is not accepted. A copy of the ID and a bank account registered to the same name will be required for its return.

• 5. If Bitcoin payment is requested for encryption of files on your computer, solving viruses or similar reasons, it is forbidden to deposit money in Bitci. Transfers made will be refunded and your account will be closed.

Withdrawal Rules

1. The minimum withdrawal limit is 100 TRY.

2. TRY withdrawal orders placed until 16:30 on weekdays will be sent on the same day.

3. Your TRY withdrawal requests until 18:00 on weekends are processed according to the order of the transaction if it is a money order, and on the next working day if EFT is processed.
